Just make halloween a day off. And ban non essential driving past 6pm as well. Pedestrian deaths always spike in halloween and children specifically are being hit because lots of people walking in the dark and lots of dum dums who shouldn’t be allowed to drive doing 50 in the cul de sac

My city did trick-or-treat this past Saturday and nobody cared that it wasn't today.
