Is this a joke I'm too healthy to understand?

Check out Febreeze Fabric Heavy Duty. If it'll get the stank out of my work boots it'll tackle just about anything.

Ozium

Check out your nearest Napa, car quest, autozone, whatever. They usually stock it. It’s an ozone aerosol that just makes your car smell like nothing. It’s kind of weird. Roll all the windows up, go ham, and then GET OUT OF THE CAR.

You can thank me later.

Just pick a rental and tell her your car is broke ... And ask her for money for the 'repair'

Cigarettes also kill your sense of smell. If it smells bad to you, it'll smell 4x as bad to a non-smoker.

A good old fashioned barrel roll, making sure the car catches fire afterwards, that’s about how to fix that smell. As a smoker and mechanic, I never smoke in a car it stinks it up for good Send her an Uber

Have you considered not smoking cigarettes? I know it’s pretty radical and insane but it’s an option I took.

Check your cabin air filter too. Most cars are pretty easy to change and aren’t expensive.
