It's Ashville, NC. The most progressive part of North Carolina. With that usually comes tons of gentrification, and with that comes higher prices for everything because it's not a "store" anymore, it's a "boutique".

Your gonna get down voted but you're 100% correct. It's the gentrified pretentious wannabe art community of the tri-state area where the prices are beyond ridiculous and the local breweries are subpar garbage.
(I like the little city but by no means am I being to its faults)
