I think it says 'Joseph Meadowlark'. It would be nice if someone from a local historical conservation society would clean it. It's important not to use bleach or harsh chemicals/tools. I've seen videos of volunteers who clean headstones.

How long before there's a search engine that calculates where any living person is? Wouldn't be a far stretch to think some governments already have that.
