Well I guess time aside you did a meticulously wonderful job! I'm currently not working as a chef (cuz during the pandemic people sucked and I started working with animals instead) But that was one of my executive chefs main peeves. You could do the best job in the world, but if it took longer than what he thought it would take to do it, then it wasn't a good job. I got my ass chewed three ways to Sunday for spending half an hour on one piece of fruit. Unless I was carving it into a statue or something. 😆😆😆 All joking aside though You did a really good job that looks great. I am impressed
