This is pretty common, usually the soda fountain is tied into the drain below the counter so some places put a sink there.

I haven’t seen this but at a wing place seems like a good idea

Hopefully the general way of the future. I love the idea of not having to wash my hands in the bathroom before I eat food in a public space.
