I was watching Young Sherlock Holmes movie, and the longer I am exposed to Anthony Higgins' face, the more sure I get that he looks exactly like a young actor.

I've searched his wiki for spouses or relatives, but didn't find any. I tried Google's reverse image search>>> nothing.

I know the actor, I just forgot his name, anyone remembers?!

No he is much older than the one in my mind. The one I have in mind is much younger, I think he was in the teenage movies for the early 2000s or a sitcom or something
