Legion is way outside "humans with wings". IIRC, two archangels with plenty of rank and file. I also recommend it's TV continuation in Dominion. Season 1 was a little hit and miss but season 2 was taking the show in some cool directions.

Thanks. Also by "humans with wings" I mean when angels are just shown as humans with wings, like appearance, not rank or anything. Sorry if what I said was confusing or something

No apology required. I think Legion kind'a, sort'a, fits your requirements. Not in the literal description of angels but that they are, basically, portrayed as monsters.
