Surprised he hasn't done another with Spielberg.

Maybe he might've been in consideration for the upcoming Spielberg film if he was younger assuming they ended on good terms.
But this would be the 3rd role that Bradley Cooper has taken instead of him after he couldn't do Nightmare Alley and Licorice Pizza.

Anderson has denied that he was in talks for Licorice Pizza. His dad is in it though!

I don't think Spielberg does a lot of movies that Leo would act in. Not about quality, but the choices he makes. Leo seems to have really gotten into genre movies more and more.
Other than Titanic does he do much standard comedy/drama? I don't think so...?

As much as I enjoyed Paul Dano, I think DiCaprio could've played Mr Fabelman
War Horse, Munich, and Tintin could've been good for DiCaprio also. They might have been smaller roles than he's use to but he took the smaller role for Django
DiCaprio tends to do exciting dramas like Revenant, Hollywood, and Shutter Island, but he's branched out. Don't Look Up was a straightforward comedy. Revolutionary Road and J Edgar were simple period dramas with almost no action. J Edgar even feels like a Spielberg movie in the vain of Lincoln and War Horse.

Leo gets every script in Hollywood first, and then it goes to everyone else. One of few who get to pick which project they work on.

Maybe they are sworn enemies. Maybe Leo's an anti-semite or something. Not trying to start rumors-- Leo is one of my favorite actors... But it does seem odd...

So every actor that's only done one Spielberg is an anti-Semite, got it.

Leonardo DiCaprio is literally the most in-demand actor in Hollywood. People say that all scripts pass through him on their way to anybody else.
I'm just saying that a hyperproductive class A talent only working once with another class A talent is a little odd.
Also notice that the first thing I said was maybe they are enemies. Maybe Leo slept with Spielberg's daughters. Maybe he insulted Spielberg's directing. It could be literally anything is the point-- including something as jarring as antisemitism. It's probably not that, but it could be anything. So let's not pretend that every other actor that has worked with Spielberg once is on the same level as Leonardo DiCaprio. That's just silly.
