Watched it in Dolby and Imax. I would go with Imax for sure. Get somewhere in the middle or closer, the visuals are beautiful in the movie

More importantly is what the movie was shot on.
If they didn’t shoot it for IMAX then there’s not really any advantage when Dolby is likely to have the better experience overall.
Always check the IMDB tech specs to see what format the film is in.

Pretty much the answer is always Dolby. You get atmos sound. If it’s shot IMAX then maybe Imax but also maters if it’s IMAX laser or xenon.
Personally I always just go Dolby if I wasn’t the best
