Please be good and let this be his Bond audition!
The subreddit did a "Who will be the next Bond? " contest last year and Paul Mescal was my pick.

While I'm sure almost any youngish actor would love to be in the running for Bond, that seems out of step with the kinds of projects he's done to date. This is like the first action-y thing he's been connected to and if he was James Bond, he wouldn't have much time to do the small independent work that has been his bread and butter so far. I'm sure he's very talented but I would be sad to see him chained to such a consuming major franchise for the next ten plus years. There are other actors who would fit the bill better, IMO.

Consider this his audition for James Bond.

If you land Bond, you can put a lot of butter on your bread though. And scoop some to some really tasty bread that might not come with a whole lot of butter

I started saying “Oh, there’s ___!” (Butts, titties) after binging Ashleigh Burton’s reaction videos in 2020. I did not expect to have to say “Oh, there’s cocknballs!” but here we are.

Dont you mean the next next Bond? Isnt he way too young for the mantle?
neal1701 t1_iu38koi wrote
He's 26 now. By the time the next Bond movies come out will be 2026 at the earliest, so he will be 30.
I think it will be a perfect Bond starting age if you want to restart the franchise.
Daniel Craig was 39 when he started Bond but he had a hard time with the physical demands of being Bond in the latter movies. Going younger is better, in my opinion.
