I love viewing international films - Europe, Asia, Latin America...whatever. I don't live in a big city with specialty theaters so I am left with the streaming sources. I know Netflix has some international (non-US produced) movies, but very few. What are some sources for viewing international films or shows? Appreciate any recommendations and ideas.

I think Kanopy can be a good option if you have a library card or a university email.

Criterion Channel has a shitload. HBO Max has a pretty solid selection too

Appreciate that. Criterion appeared to have predominantly older films. Nothing wrong with that. I will take another look. I did not realize about HBO Max. Thanks!

Check out this collection on Criterion. They're all films made in the last 20ish years and predominantly foreign with some lower budget and lesser known American movies that you may have missed
