Been a fan of her since her HK 90s days, it's kinda weird to see her blow up like this in the west so late in her career, but also very happy for her ofc.
I haven't even seen that movie yet, but until then Police Story 3 and Crouching Tiger are her best films for me. Her duel with Zhang Ziyi is the greatest female vs female fight scene of all time. I don't think anything even comes close, it's phenomenal.

Bro her stunt in Police Story is still legendary. And her film with Cynthia Rothrock.

That’s the one. Fucking badass. One of her first films, too, I believe.
Let’s also not forget Michelle was a Bond girl!

She’s still the most bad ass Bond girl ever

Easily. I don't remember any other bond girl actually outsmarting bond at his own job.

The fight in the monastery where she goes through a ton of different weapons? Might be my favorite movie fight of all time. Incredible choreography. The sense of speed is incredible. Like a DBZ fight in real-time.

Everyone in this thread should go catch up with The Complete Works podcast. This season they are going through Michelle Yeoh’s career, movie by movie. Just hitting 1994 now.
