I mean, Joe Pesci is on fire through out, you have a relative unknown (at that time) Marisa Tomei who smashes it with her deliveries. The script was so well written as to come back to every detail earlier in the movie, which seemed trivial at that point in the movie, but was so important to the climax of the film. All in all I would say that this is one of the more perfect movies ever filmed.
I first saw it originally in the theater and have enjoyed it many times ever since.
