Michael Schur (Mose from The Office) owns the rights to Infinite Jest. Not sure that anyone could do justice in a film. Perhaps he bought it to shitty-adaptation-block it from being made.

It would seriously have to be like a 30 hour movie broken up into 10 three hour films or something close to that. I don’t think any human could possibly do that. Maybe we should let AI take a crack at it. Maybe it will be the thing that breaks AI lol.
