AFAIK it's the same balloon. Which was shot down just as it drifted over the Atlantic.

I heard there are 8 over Rhode Island, the Chinese are confused over coffee milk.

I lived there for 9 years, couldn't figure out coffee milk either.

It's probably not a spy balloon. China uses satellites just like the US
