The bill does not put pot in state stores, it put the liquor commission in charge of regulating cultivation distribution and sales.

Oh fair. Ok. I'll reread. I figured they wanted to do liquor store style things with it, and do state run sales only.

Honestly, NH should just sell it in the liquor stores and tell the DEA to fuck off if they try to do anything. I'm assuming marijuana prohibition is justified by "The Interstate Commerce Clause™" specifically the Wickard v Filburn ruling which is shit by any sane understanding of English, so it should be forced back into the courts.
