They have “written” the entire state of Maine off their list. Have they not?

They based this conclusion on “what i have seen to people of color in maine”. You’ll agree.

Therefore, the overt implication is that OP refuses to consider maine as a potential place of residence because they beleive that racism is an integral, cultural component inherent to life in maine.

Of course a rational being would know there are vast cultural differences between south eastern maine and rural maine.
