Heading up Saturday, staying in Lincoln. Anyone know how the ski conditions have been. Loon, Waterville Valley and Cannon are all in close proximity to where I’m staying. Thanks

Ouch.

Please take a poor woman's fools gold. This is a fantastic response!
It's going to be 40F and raining on Friday, and then drop to 8F that night and not get above freezing on Saturday.
How do you feel about vertical ice skating with 10,000 of your closest friends? Saturday is probably going to be an utter shitshow.
Might as well give the red bull thing a try at that point in time....
I love this response.

Yeah, nah
I know they canceled the sled dog race because it's going to be too warm. I think 63 on thursday?
Ask in /r/icecoast if you don't get great answers here. It's the east coast skiing subreddit.
It's more like the east coast complaining about the weather subreddit now
Gunstock was in good shape last Saturday. Most trails open, packed powder.
Most mountains are done making snow for the season, so I'd get out there sooner than later as it looks like an early season unless something changes.
Drive an hour north and go to Burke
Ice, ice baby
it's soft spring snow thats skiing excellent right now. Add some rain and a hard freeze with maybe an inch or two on the back to hide the ice. its gonna lock up tight. Also will be insanely busy this weekend with the masses of tourist incoming. Sharpen your edges and get there early
WV was really good last weekend including glades and all the random cliffs they have. They were making tons of snow, too. Loon was icy but they've had good snowmaking all year. Cannon has been pretty good lately but be careful on the flat ridges since they have been icy due to the water run off. I think cannon finally opened some more upper mountain trails so that's good news. Just to reiterate and hint at where you should not go....I have no idea why you would go to Loon next weekend, lol. That will be a nightmare and tickets might already be sold out unless you buy a beginner ticket. Cannon is most likely already sold out. WV may be your only option honestly but it was really good last weekend.
