But somehow, nobody makes the connection that this is kinda shitty and we should stop calling them that. Calling them sprinkles despite growing up calling them Jimmies has not caused a major inconvenience in my life.

As far as I'm aware, they're named after an employee named James. "Jimmies" being racist was just something people assumed.
