jeo3b t1_iue125o wrote on October 30, 2022 at 4:54 PM 90% of the state it is on Halloween. My town is on the 30th bc my area is so big so they split it into 2 nights so that the areas had appropriate police coverage. Edit changed a word Permalink 8
