The recent updates about this makes the whole situation so much more sad. The SUV driver was stopping and starting their vehicle in traffic and the tractor trailer driver that walked up to the SUV and was killed might have had kids in the cab of the truck. Jesus.

Wow seems like an over reaction to shoot the guy just because he was walking up if he was unarmed, I wonder if there was arguing/back and forth between the two cars before hand or what
