I think the north is past peak or very close, but:

93N to 3 (Franconia area) to 302 to North Conway

93N to 135 (Littleton) to 2 (Lancaster) to 16 (Goram) to North Conway

Both are long, though.

We are definitely past peak and the wind/rain hasn't helped.

Color has been fading fast.

I drove by the notch last week and looks like snow was on some of the tops.

Anything on cannon?

It's a bit late now, but in early October, NH 145 and US 3 from Colebrook up to the Canadian border is pretty spectacular.

No don’t do that. You’ll hate it, I promise. You’ll love Franconia Notch or the Kank MUCH better…..

I will… but for a short hop on my way to the Brickfront or Guisseppes- it’s not bad for a quick fix!

Rt12 from Keene to West Lebanon, then keep going north on Rt. 10. as you follow the CT river. You can cross right over the river into VT and take Rt.5 all the way back down.

93N to 89W. Take exit for 202 and follow down to Peterborough, then 101 back to Nashua

Or if you’re up for more of a drive instead of 202 into Peterborough keep going on 9 to Keene.
