yeah... maybe possession, but under the influence? you ain't falling asleep while you're under the influence of crack.

It’s that he was on it so long it wore off while he was driving and passed out. After a bender people pass out in strange places. A man was arrested similarly in Portland maine about ten years ago with over a quarter ounce of crack and pipe on his lap in the middle of a busy intersection. Snoozin. Lol it’s really sad but kinda funny too. Like they run out of crack battery power .. 🪫
