There was one about 20,30 years ago in Amherst at an old ice cream store, my father responded as an EMT, but fortunately we’ve been able to avoid these tragedies generally.

And about 15 yrs ago, also in Amherst. Technically classed as mass shooting because my former classmate shot his family and self.

Damn…I’m trying to remember that, I was about 17 at the time but unfortunately my memory from that age is fuzzy due to…teenage shenanigans.

Sorry to hear about it though, always worse when it’s someone you know, not that it’s horrible in general, but the closer to home the more it hurts.

It's sad how much we can move to the corners of our minds and not account for daily. I hope that today's victims' loved ones can heal.

Yeah that one that killed a couple cops over in Bow seems to be the only one we've had.
