My son got the same “final notice.” But he never got any earlier notice and the final notice says it is too late to appeal some “determination” that was supposedly made over a year ago that he likewise never received. OP did you ever receive an earlier notice or “determination” from NHES? Incidentally my son only collected benefits for a few months back in 2020 and his claim was completely legit.
