The definition of delusional, for your sake, "characterized by or holding false beliefs or judgments about external reality that are held despite incontrovertible evidence to the contrary", and hope that you seek the care you need. I can't imagine how hard it must be to live with such delusions, that a whole population doesn't exist to you because you only passed middle school biology.
