Two thumbs up for Seabury Hill Realtors, I’ve worked with Jenn D’Amato, but I know others have had good experiences with the other members of that team. The landlord pays the fee, so there’s no extra cost for you.

Wooster square is pretty, but I would recommend East Rock over it. More of a community and still very close to the university.

Seconding, Jenn is amazing. Went above and beyond for me when I was looking for a place during the worst part of the pandemic.
