Sucks bro, looks like a well worn 90s lugged Chromoly frame.

Call the local bike shops but your chances of it finding it's way home are slim.

I hope the person who stole it rides it into a city bus.

Yea I forget the frame brand, my brother painted that and built the wheel all I did was add a brake and change the shoes. Thing ripped.
