FB Marketplace has been hit or miss. There's a lot of wannabe landlords on there multiple listing the same property under different names with differing rates, or having no idea how the market works.

I agree it definitely takes some weeding out since there's a lot of scammers. Just the other day I saw someone post an apartment for $1300 but the photos were stolen from ninth square apartments downtown and their rent starts at 1700+. Also too good to be true rents in the proper of Wooster Square lol
