We used to get our knives topped up by the nice guys at Spring Glen Hardware. (RIP. The shop, not the guys.) Google hasn’t been super helpful here, you dudes got any suggestions? (I have a horror of trying to do this myself; I finally invested in a very nice Wusthof & I am so absolutely certain I’ll fuck it up miserably that by now it’s definitely a simple self-fulfilling prophecy.)

We’ve used the Wooster Square Farmer’s Market dude for years and years and always been happy. Including a few Wusthofs too.

"Mike the knife" is at greyson guns on some days. He's done a bunch of my knives and I've been really happy with him

Hamden: on Sherman there is a restaurant shop that has done mone. It's near the bakery.
If you are Hamden, I have an older electronic knife sharpener and you're welcome to come over and use it.
