Did you look into Maple Shade or Voorhees they are pretty close to Camden and much much safer

Yeah, it’s the difference between a one bed apartment and a 3 bed house with backyard and parking. I know lots of people who can technically “afford” to leave Camden, but they would rather be hood rich than suburban poor.

This! I know lots of families in the city who could afford to purchase in the suburbs but their living expenses would increase substantially and they wouldn’t be able to enjoy other luxuries in their current lifestyles.
