For the few days a year they get paid ..... im sure it's still a big loss.

The location fee for a couple days of filming one movie pays for the cost of that property for a year so if they film more than one movie the rest is profit

What costs? I work on the industry so I'd be happy to answer questions but you don't know what you're saying. Even with a 5 figure per day cost it doesn't amount to much..especially when were talking about such a huge building like that. It costs high 6 figures to keep that place from degrading. If it was operating it would be millions a year to maintain.

Some shoots may be only a day or a week. We're really not talking about that much money in the grand scheme of such a big building
