Wow, I had no idea this existed and we would have qualified. Since the application deadline passed, I guess we’re SOL right?

Wondering the same thing. I just applied. Applications are still open but there’s a clause that says you can be denied simply bc the deadline was missed. Figure it’s worth a shot but I’m not holding my breath.

I received 7 separate emails about it starting last September from the State of NJ mailing list that /u/elmariachi304 references below. I think I ended up on that list after signing up for covid related updates a while back.
