Inside is still fine.

Outside isn't really worth going to anymore. Most of the outside tables are empty...and the majority of the ones that are occupied sell incense, dollar store groceries, diabetic socks, cell phone cases, etc;

Yes, definitely. My two favorites are Berlin Flea Market, and New Castle Flea Market in Delaware.
