Is this still a thing? Feel like Gen Z is too busy on tik tok and playing fortnight. No signs of TP, silly string, shaving cream etc anywhere in my town

We actually saw a couple TP'd houses while out walking the dog last night! Caught some kids in the act actually, and they hid behind some bushes lol.
