It's only been a couple of weeks. They sent out the exact same letters to Instacart drivers over a year ago, and as far as I know nothing has come of that

These types of audits take months for small employers. For companies as large as DoorDash, with as many contractors as they have in New Jersey, it’s going to take forever.

I got that letter and didn’t reply. I tried calling the number but the voice mail was full. Is it mandatory to respond?

I didn’t reply to a letter when a previous employer got audited and nothing came of it.

hasn't even been 2 months. will probably be at least next year for them to make a decision but i don't see how they will classify them as employees. last I heard these people can work for multiple services at the same time
