Garbage people.
They yelled at my coworker for staying in the road....in her car that was broken from an accident.
"Move to the side lady, you are blocking the road and traffic and making it worse."

Yep. Got a ticket (in Philly, not NJ) for "failure to clear the scene of an accident" because it wasn't safe for me to pull over.
