Do you loop at certain bridges if you don't mind me asking or up & back on one side

I usually park in different places(for variety lol) and then go down and back. I recently had a knee replacement that sadly isn't healing correctly so I'm thinking about getting a trail bike to ride as well. Not very happy with this haha
