There are a lot of ties between South American narco-terrorist organizations, some Islamic state actors as well as Islamic terrorist organizations.

Ciudad del Este in Paraguay has a large Muslim diaspora as well, which has long been viewed as an entry point of Global Islamic terrorist groups into Latin America (ie: bombing of the Israeli embassy in Buenos Aries) and source of fundraising.

Nothing like bringing your home shit to a foreign country. I seriously doubt anyone in Buenos Aires would have had any beefs with the Israeli embassy except if they brought that hate with them from the middle east.

Pretty sure some people who moved from Europe to Argentina in the 40s would have a problem with the Israeli embassy, and it would have a similar problem with them.
