The license plate of the car will be visible on any number of recording devices in the city. They will catch her and the driver of the car.

They caught her, and she's a nut. This is her third arrest in 2023 and it's only February. The new charges aren't available yet online, but I'm guessing they're going to give her bail, which they didn't do in the other two cases.
