Aren't some accused remanded to jail without bail pending a trial? Seems that violates most Constitutional rights as you can't buy guns, for instance, when you're in jail. Nor can you open carry while in prison.

The point being there's precedent that says you can deprive an individual of any right, temporarily, if there's indication that they will flee or commit another crime.
