I seriously doubt that an Amazon driver would try to pull this. Or at least it would be difficult. I drove for Amazon 2020-2021 and I left when they decided to put cameras on the dash, and around the outside of the van.
Not only does Amazon have gps location of all their vans, as well as acceleration, braking, and cornering data on all their vans. Assuming Amazon would be compliant with police you'd have a hard time getting away with it

Look at the pics man. That's an Amazon Flex driver using their personal vehicle. No dash cams and everything else you mentioned.

It looks like independent contractors. The woman was delivering Amazon packages in an Acura.
