Sitting back to back either on chairs or on the floor and tied up. Not being to speak nor see eachother so they can't communicate and the perpetrator gets maximum control.

"Infant" means tiny baby, which can't speak at all, nor sit up

Depends according to google in british it means between 4 - 8 years so quite capable of sitting up and speaking.
