Not all who are touched by madness seek to do us harm. To the contrary, ofttimes these madmen would seek to protect us from the very things that would gift us with insanity, albeit by their own unstable methods. The trouble is in discerning one from the other; after all, how are we to comprehend the minds of those who have borne witness to the incomprehensible?
