Yeah seriously. I’m honestly kind of annoyed at OPs choice of action. Driving straight to your house is literally the last thing you should have done. And don’t get me wrong, I get it. Besides it being your original destination, it’s warm and cozy and “safe”; but now this “thing” knows just where that is as well. I would’ve called and drove to police station or anywhere busy like someone else had said. Although, I wonder if once it realized you were taking a detour, that it would have jumped off before you got anywhere crowded, where it could’ve been seen; making you look like a complete loony toon to anybody that got told your tale. 🧐 Frustration either way

But hopefully you'll be okay OP. Honestly I think it's better you get out of the house.

For some reason I feel that the tapping will stop if you call the police but get someone to know that something is following you.
