The problem is that my parents don't know my cousin and I went to the forest, my cousin lied to them and told them I fell off the stairs. I don't know how to bring it up to them because I'll be in serious trouble

If you had the courage to go into the woods at night, you certainly have the courage to tell your parents. They can’t be worse than that entity. They are your best bet in helping you out of this mess you created for yourself. Or is telling the truth harder than living with night terrors and waking up in the forest?
