I remember being human with hopes and dreams and creativity. My job took my soul and now I am mostly an organic robot.

You probably already know that the original word 'robot' was invented by a fiction author who imagined organic beings who could be created for the purpose of being workers but they couldn't reproduce. I think the story arc went that the robots finally figured out how to do that and became fully human or something...
