Is this a landline or a cell phone? If it's a landline, cancel the service and get rid of that phone altogether. Just use a cell phone for everything.

It started out only on the Landline. I unplugged them from my house, and even changed my cell phone number. The attempts were unsuccessful, and the calls kept coming, and when I block the number, the calls come from a new number.
