I wonder what the actual cause of death was? It seems to me that just the dragging of the guy around by his balls was the actual cause of death.

Tbf, nut pain could easily cause someone to faint.

Fainting on the other hand is a surefire way to do some knocking on your nuggin'

Believe it or not it’s possible for someone to die of shock, and sudden pain to the testicles can induce said shock. Men have literally died from being kicked in the nuts.
